Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness?
No. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level. We've had everyone from
seventy-year-old grandpas, housewives and obese folks. They've all thrived, you will
too.
How Much Does Rise Cost?
Rise Bootcamps run for 6 weeks and meets 3x a week (MWF). The cost is $299.Why should I do a Bootcamp?
Rise Bootcamps are a great starting point for anyone looking to radically changetheir lifestyle and health. It’s an intense 6‐week program that will yield amazing
results while introducing you to great people. You will be outside, working out with
a group of likeminded, determined individuals, learning skills and building
relationships that can radically change your life.
But you might prefer doing thigh crunches or something like that within the cozy
confines of your local “health club”. Those are clubs – this is training. Clubs are
wonderful places; for your kids, your tennis group, for reading and for baking.
But not for training.
What sort of workouts will I be doing? It’s dark and in a park.
Our ancestors managed to stay fit for generations without nautilus machines ortreadmills. You don’t need heavy weights or fancy equipment to get in shape – you
need intensity and your body. Maybe a few fun toys like a ball or bell to throw
around.
I want to focus on specific muscle groups – what do you offer?
Rise Bootcamps are designed to incorporate the entire body. Having nice pecks,arms, thighs or ass is all good and fine, but we’re here to help you achieve real life
results. Your body will take the shape that nature defines. We think you’ll like it.
We might not be hunting Mammoths with spears anytime soon, but in case your kid
darts out into a busy parking lot, you’ll have what it takes to catch him fast.
