The CrossFit training protocol was developed by Greg Glassman over a 30 year career in training athletes at all levels. Workouts are constantly varied (they're rarely the same), functional movements (squat, lift, jump, run, climb, throw), executed at high intensity (for short durations). It’s really that simple.

Our workouts are never boring and they don’t take long at all. And, CrossFit works.

If you’re ready to get started today, then click here to sign up for our monthly group class program. You will be required to attend four of our Elements classes before you take part in a group class. We realize you may be a Super hero, but humor us and come to the Elements classes anyway. In Elements, you will learn the basic foundations of CrossFit – the methodology and movements – that will allow you to excel during group sessions.
