Workout: "3 times a Newbie - Sympathy for Mom"

3 rounds for time. Rx'ed means doing it with a 20lb weight vest (optional for Mothers)

400m Run
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats

It was fun flipping while it lasted yesterday. Reminded me of the playground days.. but without having to think so much about every move you did to put your body in such funny positions.

Happy Mother's day to so many of the incredible mommies I know. I must say... DCF is lucky to have some of the most beautiful and strong mommies out there. May you all be reminded how special you are today.
