Workout:
Power Snatch - 3, 3 reps
Snatch Grip Deadlift - 3, 3 reps
Clean Grip Deadlift (aka conventional deadlift) - 3, 3 reps
Sumo Deadlift - 3, 3 reps
Add weight for each set. Each exercise should also allow significantly more weight to be used than the last exercise.

The WOD, today, looks fun. I think I'm ready to work out again after Murph.
Just to be clear on the notation:
"3, 3 reps" means 3 reps and 3 reps? (or translated to bodybuilding notation 2 sets of 3 reps, increasing the weight from set 1 to set 2).

Yes. perform two sets of 3 reps for each exercise. Totalling 8 sets.

Unfortunately I couldn't take photos or videos of the fights, so I can't show you much of Dustin, but Doc made a montage of some of the bouts and you can see on minute 3 and change, Dustin and his powerful right hand in action, listen to the cheering section too
