Workout:

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Great performance from 0600h today. Holly and Carry hit 14! Jessie hit 18 (after doing the same wod with weight vest on Wed). Big Dave hit a PR of 11.

I put them through a tough little "man o'board" warm up too.

And the 0600H challenge today? When you're done with your pull ups, do the total amount of pull ups in squats and pushups.

Thus, Jessie had to do 175 Pushups and 175 Squats after. Carry & Holly: 105 of ea.

Rob, given your capacity for alcohol consumption, it is highly likely that your Paleolithic era ancestors developed crude distilling techniques, and probably were able to climb trees to pick limes.

So, I say, yes, Margaritas are part of your Paleo diet.
