50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

The 2nd pull (jump!) begins mid to upper thigh. Aim for the spot and jump. Begin too soon (too low) and you'll fall forward.

Would anyone be interested in doing an "Amputee Fran?"I was thinking 21-15-9 of right arm thrusters & right leg jumping pullups followed by 21-15-9 of left arm thrusters & left leg jumping pullups.
Firebreathing beasts of Diablo would be welcome to try it as one-leg thrusters (pistol thrusters) and one-arm pullups, but that's a little out of my league right now.

Got talked into doing the Filthy Fifty last night even though I was supposed to be having a rest day.

3 PRs in 3 days. . . It has been a good week. But now I have a sore throat and some congestion. I might have caught a cold! (oh well, the 3:01 Fran was worth it).

Great Work out last night guys, JJ and Carrie. I am inspired more than ever now... We need to do Filthy Fifty again soon my goal would be 35 min..

Thanks Jenny for hanging out and cheering us on! This morning's work out after last nights was pretty tough but I won't be able to make it to the Shed for the next few days so I figured I better go this morning. Glad I did.
