Diablo CrossFit sure had a lot of kids to cheer them on at the CrossFit Games (this isn't even all of them).
Workout: "Interval Elizabeth"
5 rounds for time:
1 minute squat cleans with 155lbs (men) 100lbs (women)
1 minute ring dips
1 minute rest

Worked out with Chris from CrossFit Silicon Valley this morning. Very cool guy (and swimming coach for the San Jose State Women's team).
My hand is still too wrecked to do 'Interval Liz' so we did sled drags and tire flips.
AMRAP in 15 minutes
30m tire sled drag with 36lb kettle bell
30m tire flip (big tire)
I was going so slow this morning that Chris ended up doubling up on the sled drags to give me time to finish the tire flips.
I blame not enough sleep the last few weeks, and training every day this week (sometimes 2 or 3 times).
The agenda for this weekend is: Sleep.
