Overhead Squat going up in weight each round until failure:
5, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3,
Max pull ups in one set again.
Post most pull ups completed and highest OHS weight used to comments.

Ha Ha Ha. I laughed out loud at the public library and the damn librarian shhhhhed me. If they want a real fitness tool they need to buy a 2 pood kettlebell like me. Damn thing is so heavy it's all I can do to get a few russian swings with it.
